Why did you venture into the kid\u2019s fashion space?\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Coming from two different worlds, the two of us were on different tangents in our lives. Dipti was a consumer insights specialist, while Dipna is a movement artist and early years educator. Yet, we reconnected on a common purpose to create a sustainable and ethical clothing brand for kids. Our love for children and sustainability got us started, and we established Love the World Today in 2015. We draw inspiration for our collections from shared childhood memories and a world we visualize for little ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What would you say is the USP of Love the World Today?<\/h2>\n

At Love the World Today, we make clothes with the utmost thought and care for not just the children wearing the clothes but also the people and processes involved. Our slow fashion-based approach leads us to focus on sustainability, high-quality fabrics, and timeless designs that set us apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How would you describe the brand\u2019s style and ideology?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Love The World Today, we design and make all our collections in India, incorporating the beauty of Indian textile art heritage. We're creating our custom handwoven ethnic wear textiles by working with a group of weavers over the last five years. We create pieces that focus on high quality and comfort for the little ones. We believe in making clothes that last and can be passed on for generations.<\/p>\n

What makes Love The World Today's designs suitable for children to wear at weddings?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We craft our clothes with children's ease of movement in mind, ensuring they are comfortable and breathable for their sensitive skin. At Love The World Today, we make our styles using handwoven textiles, which offer luxurious and versatile options that can be worn in multiple ways for years to come. The only feedback we've received for our ethnic wear is that children do not want to get out of them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What age range does Love the World Today cater to?<\/h2>\n

We cater to kids from preemie to 12 years of age. We also have offerings for adults.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What trends have you observed in children\u2019s ethnic fashion in 2024?<\/h2>\n

Versatile fusion pieces made with sustainable fabrics will be on-trend in 2024. They can be used in multiple ways for various festivities. We see minimal design aesthetics being big in kids\u2019 fashion for the coming year as well, while sustainable and comfortable textiles will continue to be the de-facto trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
