At the tender age of eight, Sumeer Kaur first walked into a clothing boutique, falling in love with bright colors, breathtaking designs and gracefully draped outfits. This experience lingered with her long after, when she would play dress up with sarees and dupattas. Her love for fashion and couture continued even when she was in college, which beckoned her to start a fashion label instead of continuing college. Lashkaraa is not just a fashion label. It is a movement, a pull towards our Indian roots when it comes to dressing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the years, Lashkaraa has evolved from a label into a globally recognized name in Indian ethnic fashion. At the heart of Lashkaraa\u2019s philosophy is accessibility. Couture-inspired designs meet a modern imagination, without diluting quality, or breaking the bank.\u00a0 Each collection reflects a balance between tradition and modernity, ensuring that the garments feel timeless yet relevant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Debut in India<\/h3>\n

Originally started in the United States, Lashkaraa decided to launch in India, in 2022. There, it showcased its embellished bridal coutoure, 'Garden of Serenity'. Karisma Kapoor, being the showstopper, had appeared at the Bombay Times Fashion Week, Mumbai. She wore a pink pasteled intricate lehenga with delicate embellishments, capturing the sodt-girl bridal mood perfectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
