    Return Policy

    Returnable within 3 days of delivery (7 days for Diamond tier members). Custom-made orders are not returnable. Product's original tags, if attached, must be intact for a successful return. If the original tags are missing, Azafashions may decline the return request and send the product back to the customer.

    For international orders, a restocking or return-handling-fee of USD 50 or upto 20% of the product-selling value will be applicable on return requests, depending on the user's frequency of returns on Aza.
    For India orders, restocking or return-handling-fee of INR 200 or 5% of product-selling-price will be applicable on return requests of those users whose frequency of returns on Aza is greater than the average return-rate
